Welcome to the Bout du Monde Restaurant, in the “Marin” room!

All year round, we welcome you to our restaurant with semi-gastronomic cuisine. The chef and his assistant highlight fresh, seasonal and local products, in plates full of color and flavor. We work with a reduced menu, to guarantee you product quality. Everything comes together to offer you unique, tasty and pleasant moments!

The leader and his second

Behind the stove, you will find GAULTIER Pierre, chef de cuisine. After a year in our restaurant, he was promoted to chef and manager. The project being motivating and the setting idyllic, he could not refuse this opportunity.

Throughout his career, the chef has climbed the ranks: diver, clerk, chef de partie, second, sous chef, chef and manager.

He has worked in all types of establishments: pizzeria, creperie, bistronomic, semi-gastronomic, etc.

Today, the chef is accompanied by his second RUIZ Jonathan, after having completed his apprenticeship at the Arpège restaurant, under the direction of the three-starred chef PASSARD Alain.

They are surrounded on a daily basis by Sylvain, Téo, line managers. As well as Mathilde, tourism manager and events manager.
